A new week, a new post!
Welcome back everyone to another blog update on my humble fitness blog, where I share knowledge and ideas gleaned from all sources that I experienced. With the hopes that everyone can improve their physique and have better understanding of their health conditions.😇
Last week, we left everyone with Knowing their bodies! So I hope everyone had a good opportunity to do a body composition analysis since then, if not you could message me and I'll gladly come help(if physically possible, I'm not in possession of a private jet as of this post).
So without further ado, lets move on to this week, Knowing your Challenges:
For this section, it is best to meet up with a Coach, Trainer, Nutritionist, Dietitian, or Medical Practitioner to know in depth how to further understand your body. Here's a link to meet me, or my coach for an appointment.

Generally speaking, challenges are things that prevent you from moving forwards in your weight loss program or diet. While there are many challenges that would cause someone to derail from or quit a weight loss program, we will look into the most common ones as below:
That's why it's important to have some form of guide or plan to your workouts in advance.
I personally found that an easy way to start that is to simply pick a fitness influencer or blog that you like and follow their routines.
Here's my 5 minute routine that's power packing my days when I really don't have time to hit the gym proper:
100x Jumping Jacks
20x Pushups
20x Crunches
30sec Planks
20x Leg Raises
As many sets as I can get in 5 minutes, and bam! cardio workout for the day done!
Lack of Knowledge on What to Do
Not knowing what kind of exercises to do every time you want to exercise can really put you off exercising and delay your progress by a lot.
I used to tell myself "I would love to exercise but I'm not sure where to start" and then put off actually starting to exercise until next week comes along.
So having a Weekly or Daily Plan for the activities/workouts that you would like to do is always a good idea.
For those of you who would like to have some shake up everyday, you could do what I do:
Monday: Chest and Back
Tuesday: Upper Arms and Shoulders
Wednesday: Break
Thursday: Legs and Core
Friday: Cardio and Full Body
Saturday: Join a team Session
Sunday: Cheat DAY!!
Those of you who would like to have a planned out version of exactly what to do, just like the above you could follow a Fitfluencer, or DM me for a plan 👋
Lack of Motivation/Friends with the Same Objective or Goal
These two reasons have a solution that overlaps, I strongly believe that when you have a group of friends who workout together the lack of motivation would no longer be a problem.
Because you would constantly have someone checking up on you
Having a means of someone to workout with also increases the amount of fun things you could do!
I love Partner Exercises and may cover a section on them in the future! Also if there's a big group of you, it makes things easier in terms of sharing costs on equipment and coaching!
For those of you who don't have a team or would like to join one, you could DM me and we could set up a meeting for that!
Anyway, I have to end my update here as the Chinese New Year is coming! I'm wishing all of you a great new year ahead!

- Lack of time to exercise
- Lack of knowledge on what to do
- No method for consistent motivation

Lack of Time for Exercise
Most people have a lack of time to exercise. (then again who has time for anything in this world anymore?) What with every thing being faster and faster, we move from acting on things to reacting to things just to cope up with the speed of information and sensory responses in our lives.
That's why it's important to have some form of guide or plan to your workouts in advance.
